These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Restoman platform and related services. By creating an account or using Restoman, you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using Restoman you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The service
Restoman provides software that lets restaurants and food businesses publish digital menus, take orders, accept payments and manage their operations. Features may change or be discontinued over time.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use Restoman.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes or in violation of the rights of others.
5. Fees and payments
Paid plans and any applicable fees are described at the time of sign-up. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and charges are governed by the plan you select.
6. Third-party services
Restoman integrates with third parties such as payment and messaging providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its software and brand are owned by Restoman or its licensors. Content you upload remains yours; you grant Restoman the rights needed to operate the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Restoman is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Restoman at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the platform or its users.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
